I wonder if you're somehow still using an older version of the DPR; I just tried P1.0001 in the vinaya and it comes up with
Vin 4, 1. mahÄkhandhako, 1. bodhikathÄ, para. 1 ⇒
1. tena P1.0001 samayena buddho...

- OIC. Perhaps it's meant to be a long series of book numbering.
- Anyway, I randomly submitted some codes in that pattern, even P1.0001, but it kept showing an error message:
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â JavaScript Application
- Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Syntax Error
- What does V, M, and T refer to?
- kb

- P is pts, but I seem to remember that the vinaya may not have embedded page numbers at all... It's all taken from the cscd.

- You mean this?
- To search for a page number, use the following syntax: P1.0001, P1.0002, etc., where "P" (or V, M, T) is the PTS pagination set, the first "1" is the volume, and the following (must be four digits) is the page number.
- So, what shall it be for Vin.IV,272? I've tried V4.0272 and P4.0272. None works.
