I came up with the following translation:

   Welcome to Conlangery, the podcast about constructed languages and the people
   who create them.

   Sāgataṁ te katabhāsātāya sāvana isārabbha katabhāsā ca ye te karonti ca.

I'd welcome any corrections or improvements.
