Dear Chris,
there is a Thai edition in four volumes by Kittisobhana from 2511 (= 1968) as well as a partial Sinhalese one by Bihalpola Devarakkhita, Colombo 1914, corresponding to vols. I, and II, p. 1-299 [end of Par. 4 ] of the Burmese edition. The rest did not appear. The latter is available from the Staatsbiliothek Berlin, Germany. I have with me both copies of the Akademie der Wissenschaften in Mainz at the moment, and I plan to scan them, but did not yet have time and resources.
Best,
Petra
