Dear Chris,
It is used in the Thai monastic Pali studies, so should be easy to find
the Thai version at Mahamakut. It looks like it's on line here as well:
http://www.thammapedia.com/dhamma/parean.php (look for สารตฺถทีปนี)
But there are only three parts listed (1,3, & 4)... it may be that they
don't use the entire treatise for the studies.
