Dear Susi,
Thank you for the information. So it won’t be useful for your work which focuses on Thai translation.
What’s about the version of Bhumibalo Bhikkhu’s foundation (มูลนิธิภูมิพโลภิกขุ) ? You may find its phone contact here http://search.yellowpages.co.th/profile.jsp?custId=32000311891001 This version has both the Pali text and Thai translation together. But I’m not sure whether it has produced all Tipitaka books or mostly post-canonical works. Just ask them.
Best wishes
Chanida

Dear Chanida,
I've just received a response from Dr. Bunchird Chaowarithreonlith, the coordinator of the Tipitaka project of the Dhammakaya movement.
He writes:
(English):
Their main objective is a critical Pali edition along with translations both into ENGLISH and CHINESE! Besides that, they plan to translate into other languages as well, among them Thai. But they have no fixed schedule for the translation into Thai as yet.
Cheers,
Susi
