Dear Noah:
thank you very much for this excellent and generous gift you've given to so
many people.
I've used the earlier stand-alone version before, which was very good, and
this add-on version is even better (and the text conversion function is now
working for me now, too).
I hadn't realised about hover-over page numbers and varia, either. Good.
Sure, it will no doubt keep improving, but what you've done here is
beautiful.
