The word "muddhappasanno" occurs in the following passage at Vism
IV.47:

Balavasaddho hi mandapañño muddhappasanno hoti, avatthusmiṃ pasīdati.

Here are two different translations:

For he who is strong in faith, weak in understanding, will (generally)
place his faith in good-for-nothing people and believe in the wrong
object. (Pe Maung Tin, p. 151)

For one strong in fatih and weak in understanding has confidence
uncritically and groundlessly. (~Naa.namoli, p. 135)
