Digital Pali-German Dictionary

Dear Friends,

I was asked by Thitadhamma, a Theravada monk in Germany, how to make an
on-line Pali-German dictionary.  I mused that there may already exist
such a thing, and I would ask around.  Anyone have any clue?  I figured
there must be some sort of at least concise version on line or in
someone's computer...
