Just two quick remarks. The "Ministry of Land Survey" would probably be a
better translation than the "Ministry of Land Formation".

Regarding the Niruttima~njuusaa this is what I found note 6 p55 in Mabel
Bode's "The Pali literature of Burma":

A work with a nearly similar title (Niruttimanjusa), mentioned in the
Gandhavamsa (pp. 60 and 70), is a tika on the Cullanirutti of Kaccayana.

I will upload the rest of the files as soon as the Internet connection
starts working normally again, which according to the latest news here in
Myanmar should not happen before April 1st (and let's hope this is not a
joke!). I actually can't resist copying and pasting this update:
