In the PTS Dictionary at http://dsal.uchicago.edu/dictionaries/
pali/ ... when the first letter of the word needs a diacritical mark,
you have to use the upper case letter in your query. Also, you
sometimes have to use the hanging "m" character sometimes, such as
sa.mvega.
