I have no time to check every copy I have but by just picking up sixth council vibhanga anutika page 121 I can found ka for another reading different from the text.Khmer didn't publish any anutika or atthakatha.  So how can it be ka stands for kambodia.I leave it to those who have khmer edition and older edition like pitakataming, hantha,,,,etc.

I don't do any pali study becasue I found that I don't even have money to spend on books. My books were full of dust .Unless I have windfall,I won't pick up any books on pali anymore.
