There is absolutely no solid reason to assume that naya denotes inference or
induction etc. The context indicates that nayavipassana denotes vipassana
according to the method viz. vipassana according to the method of reflecting
(sammasana) upon the khandhas as anicca, dukkha and anattta. The method
(naya) is the one established by the canon as above.
