I wonder if you can't borrow it by snail mail, or have
it copied and sent to you, unless it it digitalized
already-in that case they could e-mail it to you - at
the University of Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.

Other universities might also have that sort of
service; Leuven ? Leyden ?
