I do not think that it is easy to justify your request to ask someone
to duplicate a record you claim to own previously as being legal or
even "fair". It is more difficult especially when international
copyright issues is involved. I am not a lawyer, so I cannot provide
further advise.
I like to advise members not to put up such requests again in the
future.
