Thanks, Nina, also for explaining MLDB and the arising of the various
factors. You made a little typo: MLDB = Middle Length Discourses of
the Buddha.

Nibbaana does not arise, it is the unconditioned dhamma. It is the
object of lokuttara citta. Lokuttara citta can only arise when
insight has been fully developed, it cannot be the result of the
anussatis alone, but these can be developed together with insight.
