Hello Ong Yong Peng, all,

I'm sure that Ven. Bhikkhu Pesala will respond in his own time, but I can
tell you a couple of things about him though my relationship with him has
been rather "professional" so to speak:

He participates at E-Sangha and has since before I was even a member there,
let alone a moderator of the Theravada and, now, Pali sections. He also
runs this website:

http://www.aimwell.org/

On this site, you will find more information about him, including a note on
"who he is."

Also note that he has published a version of the Milinda-Pa~nha called the
"Debate of King Milinda," which I have to admit I have not yet read, though
I intended too. The PDF version that I downloaded can be found here:
http://www.buddhanet.net/pdf_file/milinda.pdf

And as I have just noted, there is more personal information about him in
the beginning chapter of this book. Looking at this, it appears that he has
been a monk since 1979.

Metta,

Alan
