Hi Shugy (Mr. X),
Meanwhile Yong Peng, Gunnar and others answered your Question. I was away
and did not follow the whole thread.
The teaching of anatta, non-self is exclusively the Buddha's teaching, and
it is deep, difficult to understand.
There is no place for an eternal person who exists, or a creator in the
Buddha's teaching of anatta. Whatever arises does so because of manifold,
intricate conditions, not because there is a creator who causes the arising
of phenomena.
Some people prefer to translate deva by angel. Gunnar referred to this.
As I understand, sometimes devas did give messages. They exhorted indolent
bhikkhus to be aware. Or there is the sutta of the deva messengers, deva
dhuutasutta.
Life in a deva plane of existence or in a brahma plane is the result of
kusala kamma. It is conditioned. Such life is not eternal, it comes to a
end. Then there is rebirth again, until one has reached the end of the cycle
of birth and death.
See below.

N: Yes. In the commentary it is also said, that even a bhikkhu has been
ordained for one day someone who has been a bhikkhunii for along time
should pay respect to him. The bhikkhu has many more rules to observe than
the bhikkhunii. He deserves great respect.
The text of the Vinaya has been rehearsed from the first great Council
onwards.

X: Are you Swedish? We may have mett once at a retreat in the Swiss Alps.

N: No, Dutch. It can't be me you have met at a retreat.
Nina.
