Dear Clay, Arber and friends,
Arber: I would suggest you use Velthius encoding rather than file
attachments. Each file attachment to the group reduces the archive
space of the group. Each message is also limited to a size of 1MB,
including any attachment.
Clay is right that even when you can type Pali font directly in one
email client, it may not display correctly in another. The best is
always use Velthius, as least for now.

Because of limitations of the various email clients in the world
(some email readers only do plain text, others have a limited font
selection, some are unable to render HTML, etc.) your post will be
most likely to reach everyone on the list if you limit yourself to
plain text. This list primarily uses a method called the Velthius
scheme to write characters with diacritical markings with plain text.
