I am having a bit of difficulty sending the files to some of you who have
asked -- your mailbox capacities are exceeded (it's the Chinese font 5mg
even zipped !). As Bhante Sujato has kindly offered to give some space on
his website, perhaps it would be easier all round if anybody interested
download from there when he has time to upload them.
