Tipitaka Network has recovered since Tuesday. I have already started
to upload materials to the site. However, because I am accessing
Internet through the university modem pool (dial-up) now, the
connection is not only slow but uploading (FTP) is intermittent.
Therefore, I plan to do it in phases, and probably over the next few
weeks. Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
