Hi Tarick,

There are some series of articles proceeding in this group called
things like 'Pali every few days' 'Pali word by word' and so on. If
you look in the archives, and find where they start, it's possible to
follow them as a beginner's course in Pali. There you can also find
descriptions of the books being used. Warder's _Introduction to Pali_
(which is in print) is the one which I believe to be best, but many
people recommend other books as well. That might be a good place to
