Dear Jim,
I don't think Pind's kaccayana will a pts publication. Some books in that list like laos and french books will be by others. The list is just a help in case sombody repeating the same work.Who wants to write a book without any money?PTS will not pay anyone and it takes years for them to be published after the books have been sent to them.
I don't think any list for grammar books are complete.Smith who editied suttanipata couldn't know that there tika in Wat Lai hin.The authors will be different following each editor. In srilanka they called culasaddaniti and mahasaddaniti, maharupasiddhiand cularupasiddhi ,etc.
Please understand I cannot press my books into photocopy machine any more because that will demage my books. If I have windfall,I will send some books .

Dear Teng Kee,

Thank-you for this message and the one before which I find very
interesting and which contain a good deal of new information on
grammars and authors that I've never heard of before. Thanks also for
mentioning O. Pind's name as he has some interesting grammar studies
in the JPTS which I will read some time later. I noticed that he is
the one who is working on an edition of Kaccaayana's grammar for PTS
which I'm looking forward to. I hope that we will have some more
discussions on these matters again in the near future. It's hard to
sort out all those grammars and grammarians. Is there a good book that
you'd recommend with a more comprehensive & up-to-date listing and
description than in the CPD and Geiger's Pali Literature and Language?

Best wishes,

Jim
