Dear friends,

I have noticed that cookies are not probably registered in Netscape
7.x under a Windows XP environment. I have counter-check another
site to confirm: http://www.alistapart.com/stories/alternate/

I believe that this is due to an adminstrator setting which I can't
change as an end-user, and not a flaw in the browser software or
Windows XP itself. I have check it at home, and Netscape 7.0 works
rather well. So, unless someone is having similar problems, I would
like to leave it as it is, and concentrate on other stuff.
