The one by vri are from sixth council edition publication 40 years with no
note readings in com and tika but only on tipitaka.Pts reading mainly follow
sinhala palm leaves but some new one like dhammapada has unusual lanna thai
reading from wat Lai Hin.
I agree with A.K.warder in PTS cord and Davids in digha nikaya tran that
burmese readings are not accurate with new reading invented by them. The
problem is the sinhala palm leaves you get maybe just a copy from burmese
palm leaves.Cambodia /laos script palm leaves maybe just a burmese palm
leaves copied 100 years.
In sixth council like majjhima tika, anguttara tika no other country leaves
have been used(with Katthaci for burmese old printed copy). That is why pts
are having anguttara tika edition with sinhala palm leaf readings.
