I like such questions, help me to review my grammar. I looked it up in
Warder:
velaaya.m: this is the locative (place and time: at) of velaa, and taaya.m,
this is also the locative form of the pronoun (Ch 10 and 17 of Warder). Thus
it is: at that time.
