Commentary continues:

340. ... Tattha siyaa "nanu caayasmaa daayajja.m patthento
balakkaarena pabbaajito, atha kasmaa bhagavaa aaha- 'saddhaaya gharaa
nikkhammaa'"ti vuccate- nekkhammaadhimuttattaa.

tattha - in this, here, in this connection (as an introduction to a
comment on a passage)
siyaa - 3rd person singular optative of 'atthi' - 'is'
'suppose there were...' or 'let it be that...', 'it might be'
nanu - isn't it that (as particle of interrogation)
surely, certainly (as particle of affirmation)
ayasmaa - ablative of ayasma 'venerable'
daayajja - inheritance
patthento - present participle of pattheti 'to wish for, desire, pray
for, request, long for'
balakkaarena - by application of force, by violence (Instrumental)
pabbaajito - one who goes forth (present participle)
atha - and, and also, or, then, now
kasmaa - why, masculine/neuter singular ablative of interrogative pronoun
ka (ko/kim/kaa)
vuccate - passive 'is called, is said'
nekkhamma+adhimuttattaa - the closest dictionary gives is
'adhivimuttatta', propensity, the fact of
being inclined or given to.

In this connection if someone says: "Has the venerable, wishing for
inheritance, gone forth forcedly, why then Blessed One said 'out of
faith having gone from home'" - [he has gone forth] out of resolve for
renunciation.
