Forgive an amateur bystander, but I've been casting a wondering eye
over the working hypotheses [maps and all] of our fellow member Glen
Gordon, and I would be happy if he could explaing a little as to what
drove him to make a claim of genetical relationship for this
particular supposed group of the possible Dene Caucasion mass? Of
all teh connections he proposes, this one seems to me the more
remarkable, that a Siberian group [which may or may not have
anthropological western/Uralic affinities] should be lumped with a
Himalayan isolate in this way. How much lexical detail has survived
from the submerged Altai varieties of Ket, to be added to this
equation? Is there any decent material on the web about Burushaski?

Maybe while I'm at it I should ask why Glen changed his mind about
the affinities of Hattic - is it NWC or NEC? Why does the otherwise
fully Balkan Vinca culture have to be dragged into this evicted
Former Pontic scenario? Why has the Hellenic peninsula so
drastically changed signifying colour from purple to dark blue on
your map?!

Questions, questions, questions! Please give me at least half an
answer ;o))
