I opened your link a while ago and really liked what I saw. Then
when I again tried it took me to Cyril's opening message (which BTW I
thank you for).

Since I shall become the new moderator on the new Nostratic list, I
must ask you to sign up yourself. The list should be ready for sign
ups by the end of the week.
