announce its existence and say "Let's go to another bar!" Just repeat
the invitation after a few days to make sure that everybody reads it.
If the new list does not come to life within a couple of weeks,
well, "the best-laid schemes of mice an' men gang aft a-gley", and
we'll have to learn to live with our everyday dose of computer
commercials in Bahasa Indonesia.

Then New_Nostratic it shall be. Moving people without asking them
was possible a while ago but I fully agree that they must be willing
to move themselves (even if it's to another bar). Had no idea that
the spammers were speaking Bahasa Indonesia -- even here in
California bi-lingual education was voted out in favor of English
submersion. Tisn't the case in Arizona though.
