Well, I lied to Glen. I did have to look up "dicuter" but after I did, I must presume you meant "discuter"?
 
You could, of course, use the "list" created by my critique of Bomhard, which, of course, uses data from a variety of other sources.
 
Obviously, I am primarily proposing CVC roots for Nostratic but this simplex is not always apparent in Semitic languages. In those cases, of course, Bomhard (and I follow his example there) shows the Semitic simplex, and then exemplifies it by showing triliteral Semitic roots of "related" meaning.
 
Why do you not take a look at
 
 
and see if that might suffice for your purposes?
