Here’s my translation

But (And) as-soon-as the-maiden-king was-able somewhat to stir (hroera) herself, then she crawled to (the) feet of Knútr and wanted to kiss them, but (and) he wanted to step on her face if Hörðr had not prohibited him.

Hörðr then raised up the-maiden-king.

Hörðr bað Stígandi fara med honum ok kveðst ætla at hann mundi stilling á fá gjört.
Hörðr bade Stígandi to go with him and declared-of-himself to expect that he (Stígandi) would be-able to (fá + pp, Z7) render (göra, Z3) calmness to (him, Knútr) (ie calm him down).

En er kom í steinhöll þá sem hann skyldi vera bað hann sína menn vápnast ok ganga at borginni ok brenna hana. 
But (And) when (Knútr) came into that stone-hall where he should be (ie the one assigned to him and his men in Chapter 9?) , he bade his people (men) to arm-themselves and go to the-stronghold and to burn it (borg is fem noun)

Stígandi sagði at nú mundi af it ólmasta. 
Stígandi said that now the most-furious (phase of Knútr’s fury) would (be) off (ie past, behind him).

Knútr vildi eigi á hlýðast ok sagðist borgina brenna skyldu. 
Knútr wanted not to listen to (him) and said-of-himself (that he, Knútr) should burn the-stronghold (accusative).

Kveðst meykonunginum eiga svá mikit illt at launa at hann kveðst eigi þat mega melta með sér. 
(He) declared-of-himself to have so much ill to repay to the-maiden-king that he declared-of-himself not to-be-able to digest (melta, Z2, fig) that inwardly (með sér, under með, Z7) (ie let it go).

Stígandi kveðst eigi letja vilja. 
Stígandi declared-of-himself not to want to dissuade (him) (ie hold him back).

Tók hann þá eina gullskál fulla af víni ok bað Knút drekka. 
He took then one gold bowl full of wine and bade Knútr to drink.

Hann var þá þyrstr mjök en þegar at hann hafði drukkit fell svefn á hann.
He was then very thirsty but as-soon-as (= þegar er) he had drunk sleep fell upon him.

Meykonungrinn tók nú at hressast ok spurði Hörð eptir hvar at Knútr væri, en hann sagði hana þat öngu varða, ok kveðst ætla at henni mundi ekki verða mein at honum at svá búnu. 
The-maiden-king began now to recover-strength and asked Hörðr about where Knútr was, but he said that was of no business of hers (varða, Z3, lit: that she import nothing (of significance) to that), and declared-of-himself to expect that harm to her from him (knútr) would not happen, as matters stand.

“Hefir þú oss þungar þrautir fengit svá at hefnda væri fyrir vert. 
“You have given us heavy hardships such that (it) were deserving (worthy, verðr) of vengeance.

Eðr ætlar þú lengi at halda á ryskingum við oss?”
But do you intend for a long-time to go on with (halda á, Ziii) rough-shakings (plural) against us?”

En hon svarar þá hógliga: “Þat á ek yðr at þakka,” segir hon “at af mér eru öll mín ósköp, þau sem Hlégerðr in arma lagði á mik. 
But (And) she answers then calmly: “I have to thank you (plural) for that,” says she, “that all my evil-fates (spells, curses, úskap, Z2 pl) are (cast) from me, those which Hlégerðr the wicked (armr, adj) placed on me.

Ok svá á mínar systr it sama, en þegar it fyrsta kveld er þér komut hér þekkti ek Sigrgarð, ok höfum við mjök ójafnt. 
And also on my sisters (plural) the same (ie likewise), but at-once on the first evening when you (plural) came here, I recognised Sigrgarðr, and we begin (hefja, Z3) very unequally (guessing: this time round, we start on a completely different footing?).

Eðr gefr þik þræl nökkurum.”
Or (that he) gives you (in matrimony, gefa, Z3) to some (masc dative sg) slave (presumably masc dat sg).
