Encoding bizarrerie

Scott, if that last message of mine comes out in garbled characters,
and if you're using Windows, just go to the VIEW menu > ENCODING and
chose Western European (Windows).

Uuoden, your "test" message came out fine and legible for me, as I
tend to have the Western Eupopean (Windows) encoding by default. When
I read Alan's posts I just switch to Unicode (UTF-8).
