This is my first real attempt at translation in Old
Norse as I am still sketchy with the grammar but here
is my shot at it.
Ok n fara eir tan hean,
And now they travel henceforth out,
ok fersk eim vel,
and they traveled well,
ok var Auun of vetrinn eptir me ri strimanni;
and Audun was with Thori the captain until after the
winter;
hann tti b  Moeri.
He owns a dwelling on Moeri.
Ok um sumarit eptir fara eir t til Groenlands,
And if after summer they travel forth to Greenland,
ok eru ar of vetrinn
and remained there for winter
ess er vi getit,
at Auun kaupir ar bjarndri eitt,
there Audun bought a bear,
grsimi mikla,
a great treasure,
ok gaf fyrir alla eigu sna.
and gave before they had completely taken possession
of it
Ok n of sumarit eptir fara eir aptr til Nregs,
And now after summer they go back to Norway,
ok vera vel reifara.
and good passage had taken place.
