You can order the Islenzk Fornrit edition of Njals Saga from the university bookshop  at the University of Iceland. That is, as far as I know, the best ON edition of it. It should cost some 5000 Icelandic Kr (ca. £50). The address to the Old Norse texts catalogue within the bookshop is:
