Not at all! The more the merrier! I think there are still at
least two others who are working on it and haven't posted their translation
yet. Or anyone who wants to work on it and NOT post a translation is
welcome too. A tip for beginners -- you don't have to try and do a
complete translation. Whether you're working with Barnes, or some other
grammar, or Haukur's online lessons, just go through the text and pick out the
words you know. If you're just starting on nouns, try picking out the
nouns and see if you can figure out what "case" they are in. That's how I
started. Anythings goes! I still haven't really started learning
more than the very basics of verbs yet myself......
