Agricola has its -a from final laryngeal (according to de Saussure),
this cannot hold true for Celta and Belga. The main issue here is
whether one accepts gender opposition for PIE *-e-h2/4-stems more or
less like thematic stems or not, Anyway, Keltoi is attested beside
(and in opposition with) Keltai
