Note, however, there is no commentary by a mainstream Indo-European linguist on this paper of Kazanas'. Indeed, both Ballester and Ronzitti, although their credentials as Indo-European linguists look impeccable, are associated to Mario Alinei's group, while Elst, just like Kazanas, is an Out-of-India theorist.
