h2arh3 looks like Arabic h2arath (IE h2=Arabic laryngeal "h")
plough looks like Arabic falah2
Both words have the same meanings
No surprise as genetics proved that proto Indo-Europeans were a migrant neolithic farmer community from fertile crescent (carriying the westasian hg R1b)
