An "unfinished project" is no project at all. It's a promissory note
that may well turn out to be false. Interestingly, Monsieur Fournet,
whom you have decided to honour by naming a "law" after him, is banging
upon the door of Cybalist_admin and yelling his head off to protest
against this distinction. Please be more considerate or perhaps less
modest -- how about calling it simply "Alexandre's Law"? At least it
would make you and no-one else personally responsible for that proposal.
