In blótan, bléot (pt 3s) OE; bluozan, plioz (pt 3s) pleruzzun (pt 3p) = sacrifice OHG; an alt. of -ax- vs -e(w)u- \ -eru- must be due to reduplication (the source of -e- in those just discussed):
