The t.r.- in older is needed to expl. Burushaski t / t. alt., etc., in borrowings, since in other words w/out r. Bu t.- remained in both:

t.HoN = curved/convex Bu; t.s.Honz.òr = stone bow Kh; < * t.HXoÑ-XòÑ


and g > G (fric.) also seen in

* gWmYbH-x-r.ó+ > gabhi:rá- = deep S; gut.úmbo A; Gut.úm Bu;


but here the dir. of borrowing could be Bu >> A or Kh >> Bu and A , since the differing changes from long ago wouldn't be as visible for these sounds after so many following changes.
