Hi Max,

Well....I'm not sure the guy who made that image really meant THOSE
Venets (who DID use a version of the "Old Italic" script, quite
similar to the Etruscan one, indeed). These "runes" ought to be Slavic
(which is quite doubtful, of course); the following article links to
the image mentioned:

Notice this piece of information: "Seveřané toto písmo nazývali venda
runir." (i.e. "The Norsemen called this script venda runir")
