Aren't they just the Etruscan letters borrowed from Asia Minor?

The Venetic people probably used an alphabet similar to the Etruscans, no?

I'm looking for ANY information concerning the following "runes":

The creator of the image seems to call them "Venedic" (and "Slavic"),

but how on Earth has he come to this conclusion?
