If you want to be consistent,
me kel tet dö nö sö mek
would be better.

Anyway, we have two options : the current complex system which has its own
logic and writing French like Haiti kreyol.
I noticed Haiti kreyol uses accents !
I wonder if this could not be dispensed with altogether.

You can compare the standard French orthography and the would-be phonetic

Haiti Kreyol is not far from being phonetic French (with r- dropping).
