I think you're confusing it with free-dumb --the idea
that the only role of government is to protect the
powerful from those they screw over on a daily basis.
The right of psychopaths to go on killing sprees
because an effective background check might infringe
on their comfort, The right to deny fundamental human
rights such as health care and living wages to tens of
millions of people so corporations can maximize
profit. The right of corporate interests to monopolize
mass media to the point that only pro-corporate views
are ever encountered. The whole philosophy of putting
private property before human beings. Anyone who brags
that is freedom is delusional.
