Though I gave many possible links, no one is obligated to consider
them all certain. If only the currently recognized odd ("substrate")
words are to be considered, whatever language they're from, they show
odd features that can be used to establish past changes. A link with
Khowar, Nuristani, Burushaski, etc., is still indicated by some
possible cognates and same or similar sound changes.
