Excuse me; have we met somewhere outside this list? I don't
think you know anything at all about what I eat, or have any
basis to believe that you do. I'm a vegetarian and eat very
little that I haven't prepared myself at home, including home-
made kefir and yoghurt, greens, eggs, nuts, etc.

Nationalism is in no way better than racism, Arnaud, and what
you've written is in no way better than if I were to claim
all French are smokers, alcoholics, and bread eaters. As I
don't know you personally, I don't believe I have the right
to assume such things about you. Do you?

Did it not also occur to you that a great many Americans are
French? 'American' is a geopolitical term, not an ethnic
one, and you know nothing about my ethnicity and diet besides
my name and, from that, the fact that I have a Scottish or
English ancestor somewhere in my father's line.

In fact, here in America, it's generally considered impolite
to bring up another's ethnicity and what we suppose that it
entails about him, unless he has invited us to do so himself.
Please don't assume that you're welcome to include any other
American in the sort of dysfunctional exchange that you have
which Patrick.

Yes, and there are forests, lakes, rivers, and valleys to be
found there too. All manner of possibilities for the fertile
imagination, but as to why we should prefer your suggestion,
we still have not a clue.

Why not? Let's throw anything and everything into the pot.

I guess I'm just going to have to learn to accept that 'arya-'
will forever be a favorite object of crackpot speculation.
