Unless PIE had
H1.1 pharyngeal with no trace in Anatolian
and
H1.2 velar with -h- traces in Anatolian
sehur can be from seH1.2wr.
Another weak point of your theory,
is that it's highly dependent on
the number of laryngeals accepted.
And like it or not,
the number of accepted laryngeals is bound
to increase because macro-comparison pushes
in this direction.
