LIV (2001) and Meier-Brügger (Indogermanische Sprachwissenschaft,
2002) don't. Nor does Pokorny, nor does Watkins in the American
Heritage Dictionary online:

Pokorny has *re:(i)-, but as argued by Szemerényi (more than half a
century ago) and others, the *-i- is a suffix, not part of the root.
