Raw Google hit counts:

<February> 802,000,000
<Febuary> 2,530,000
<Frebuary> 2,470

(Yesterday I got over 1,100,000,000 hits for 'February', so a lot of
the correct spellings are probably generated by relatively few pieces
of code.)

"Febuary" represents many people's usual pronunciation. I'm not
persuaded that "Frebuary" represents anybody's usual pronunciation.

Richard.
